Cabinet X-ray compliance self-check

Do you have a current Ohio radiation-generating-equipment registration for the covered equipment?
Does the facility maintain a written radiation protection program addressing the applicable non-medical RGE requirements?
Have cabinet-system operators received the required training and demonstrated competence in the cabinet-specific topics?
Is each covered cabinet system evaluated and documented every three months, never exceeding fourteen weeks unless the rule's lockout exception applies?
Are radiation surveys documented at installation and when the rule's specified trigger events occur?
Are required surveys, training records, evaluation records, maintenance/incident records, and other compliance records retained for the applicable period?
Are required interlocks, controls, indicators, warning signals, and labels maintained and included in the recurring evaluation?
