Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information RayReg collects during the pilot and how it is used.
Information you choose to provide
If you request an emailed compliance summary, RayReg collects the email address you provide, an optional company or facility name, your answers to the compliance self-check, the resulting summary counts, the time of the request, and technical delivery status information.
Website measurement
RayReg records limited first-party website events such as page views, resource clicks, compliance-check activity, and requested-report delivery outcomes. These growth events are designed not to store email addresses, IP addresses, persistent visitor identifiers, or full referrer URLs. RayReg may retain the referring hostname and campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, and campaign so we can understand which educational resources are useful.
How we use it
We use this information to deliver the report you requested, operate and troubleshoot the pilot, prevent abuse, understand which compliance topics are useful, and improve RayReg. Requesting a report does not subscribe you to marketing. Any future marketing subscription will use a separate opt-in.
Service providers
RayReg uses infrastructure providers to operate the service. These currently include Cloudflare for website and Worker infrastructure, Supabase for database services, and Resend for transactional email delivery. Information may be processed by those providers as necessary to provide the service.
Retention
Pilot submission data may be retained for up to 24 months for service operation, support, abuse prevention, and product evaluation, unless it is deleted earlier or a longer period is reasonably required for legal or security purposes.
Sharing and sale
RayReg does not sell the personal information submitted through the compliance-summary form. We may disclose information when necessary to operate the service, comply with law, protect the service or users, or as part of a business transaction subject to applicable requirements.
Your choices
You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by contacting rayregteam@pm.me. We may need enough information to verify and locate the request.
Security
RayReg uses reasonable technical controls appropriate for the pilot, including encrypted secret storage for server credentials and restricted database access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
